"The location is perfect for Ally Pally. The aircon unit in the room was an absolute godsend in this hot weather….a bit noisy but didn’t stop us getting a good night’s sleep. Breakfast at Beans and Blues next door superb and good value….and 10% reduction if you mention you’re staying at Roseview. All their food is great!"

"The property was in an ideal location for the Stadium, just round the corner and close to station too. Had to message for check in info as none was given even the day before! There is a picture of a kitchen which I didn’t see anywhere or have info about. There was a makeup mark on the bed sheets too! But it was a room close to the stadium so it is what it is, it did the job!"

"Beautiful home, very close to public transportation and a market. Stayed during an heatwave and even without AC the rooms cooled off nicely at night. Kids loved all having a space and the manual for house came with lots of tips for town. Great stay. "
