"I always enjoy staying within the Hilton brand, and as a Gold member, I have come to expect a certain level of consistency—and this location delivered. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel itself was well-equipped, featuring an on-site restaurant and bar, along with a coffee shop. The only downside was that the coffee shop closed fairly early each evening, which was a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it was excellent. It was much closer to my conference, surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options, and only about a 20-minute drive to downtown Orlando—very convenient overall. My room on the 6th floor was quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The only drawback I noticed was that there were no rooms with bathtubs available on that floor. Overall, a very solid stay with great service, comfort, and location. I would definitely stay here again."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property is beautiful, clean, and very modern—every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The room was truly perfection. It had everything you could possibly need, and it was so comfortable I could easily imagine living there long-term. Every corner was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel really stood out. The staff was incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I especially want to highlight the cleaning staff and the breakfast/buffet ladies. Their kindness truly made a difference during my stay. They were warm, caring, and always greeted me with a smile, making each day start on such a positive note. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The oatmeal was absolutely delicious, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The hotel also offers excellent coffee, which was a great way to start each day. The amenities are top-notch: a great gym, convenient parking, and a beautiful pool that really impressed me. I also loved the self-service beer and wine option—such a fun and unique touch. Overall, this hotel has everything you could want and more. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!"

Being kind to people is very important to me because I've had experiences with other hotels where the people were uncaring and even rude. This hotel was great and was constantly asking if they could do anything for me and my wife. It was very much appreciated, and I promise we will be back to this hotel for these reasons. "I researched a pet friendly hotel near UCF. It was advertised as pet friendly, I even called beforehand to confirm that it was pet friendly in upon checkout. They charged me $150 pet fee.. This was not advertised on the website nor was a communicated to me when I spoke to the front desk person before I checked in. Highly disappointed."

"The bed in the master bedroom was broken and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The water had an awful smell and taste like metal when brushing your teeth. The refrigerator and freezer were dirty. The overall cleaning was not that great. Beautiful home just needs better care where the cleaning is concerned. "
