"Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Unprofessional Service Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the entire building smelled strongly like weed, which immediately created a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. When I got to my room, it was clear that cleanliness was a major issue. The room itself was dirty, and even worse, the bed sheets had clearly not been changed or properly cleaned before my arrival. I had to request fresh sheets and then wait over an hour for new bedding, which is completely unacceptable after checking into a hotel. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unpleasant, unprofessional, and not helpful when addressing these issues. Customer service goes a long way, especially when guests are already dealing with problems, and this team failed badly in that area. Another major inconvenience was the fact that there was no microwave in the room, which made the stay even more frustrating and inconvenient. This hotel honestly has potential, but it feels like it is being run by unprofessional management with little attention to cleanliness, guest comfort, or quality service. With better leadership, proper housekeeping standards, and staff training, this property could be much better. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition until major improvements are made."

"Half of the parking lot was blocked off which severely limits the amount of parking near the hotel. Staff never mentioned alternate parking when checking in earlier in the day. There was no parking available when we returned from dinner and I had to go back to the desk to ask where to park. Alternate parking is in a lot across the street from the hotel. I think the $15 per day charge for parking is unreasonable given you have to park in the next block. Hotel also charged two extra $20 charges to my credit card after I checked out. We called my bank while the charges were still pending and they never went through. Check your credit card statements."

"I was charged twice for my stay. I prepaid with Hotels.com $286 and was charged again by the hotel stay $268 and another $68 charge for parking and incidental. Breakfast was not free as indicated on Hotels.com."

"This rental had everything we needed. The host thought of everything. I rent through VBRO a couple of times per year and I loved this place. Close to an amazing golf course plus all the restaurants you could ask for. I will definitely rent from Andrew again. "

"Good location for what I needed. The bathroom sink is very small and kind of inconvenient when trying to dry hair, put on makeup. The bed was very comfortable! There is no kitchen sink. There is a coffee pot and electric tea kettle but you may want to bring your own water bottles to fill them. Otherwise you would have to fill from the bathroom sink. AC works great and the ceiling fan is also great. "

"The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up. Blinds need replacing and some outlets were not working, towel rack in bathroom broken, toilet not secure, floor mat in bathroom needs replacing. Place needs some TLC. Lastly parking is on a first come first serve basis. Guest will need to park out in street if someone is parked in the driveway. This can be somewhat difficult for someone who has difficulty walking any distances. "

"I really don’t like to post negative reviews but there was so much that was problematic. Starting with shower glass door was off hinge, the front door screen locked and unable to get in. Lots and pans were dirty and old. No sidewalk around the house. To top offf, not the hosts fault, but there was a murder suspect who had fled to neighbors house and police bullhorn was blaring from 2 to 5 in the morning causing no sleep. And police asking me to flee the building from 9 am to 12. "
