"Front desk employee was incredibly welcoming and upon learning we had a birthday in our party she gave us extra drink coupons to use at the bar and offered to upgrade our room if there had been space to accommodate! Hotel is close to many things in Toronto, very clean and well kept. Even cleaning staff welcomed us in the hallways! "

"We had a great time! They allowed us to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm without extra charge. The room was a deluxe room with 1 king bed on the second floor and it was great!! There’s a mini fridge with plenty of room to store beverages or food. The hotel’s food was good, good portions snd reasonably priced. Although the restaurant could use an upgrade in ambience (bare bones) We really enjoyed the swimming pool during the afternoon. All in all I would recommend to anyone that just wants to rest and relax, good value for the cost."
