We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Manor and will definitely visit again. We would highly recommend it to any couple. The place was very clean and well-kept, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were excellent, and breakfast was great. To top off our stay, we even saw a whale breach right in front of us as we were driving out of the driveway. What a wonderful way to end our stay!

We totally enjoyed this high quality Inn. Upon arrival we were 'wowed' by the magnificent exterior with an ocean view. Each room is tastefully decorated with so many personal 'extras' such as bath bombs, heated towel rack, bath robes to name a few. Breakfast included is always an added treat. The hosts, Marlena and Dzmitry are friendly, personable and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We would highly recommend anyone visiting Harbour Grace to stay here.

What a lovely BnB! Charming manor with beautiful decor. Our room - SS Kyle — was terrific. Spacious and cozy with a great bed and bathroom. Spotless. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast room and sitting room were just delightful. We loved when the owner’s three year old son waved goodbye to us. (By the way, we went for a wonderful walk for about an hour in the morning along the harbour and had a good dinner at “The Courthouse.”

Where to start!? First contact with the staff - those tasked with making our stay a good & memorable one - turned out to be representative of our entire 2-night stay: Friendly, warm, helpful and possessing the wonderful Newfoundland sense of humour! It was almost as if we were family - in a good way :-) They were a vital part of the 'team' that enabled us to enjoy the freshest snow crabs you could ever ask for! It is a memory we will carry with us when we think of Harbour Grace. The ownership - Even after we had left and had left something behind, they found a way to get it to us while we were still in Newfoundland. Extraordinary service. The place - 'good for the soul'. A property that allowed for privacy if you just sought peace and quiet. A layout that made it easy for quiet conversation if that was a preference. Nature around the Inn with the water and ocean itself literally just steps away.

Great owner; great property.

Impeccable hotel property in a town that has seen better days. Owner managed, which is nice. The owner did everything, including cooking breakfast. The rooms and property are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again if i were in town.

Upon entry to the Inn you are greated with a well cared for historic feeling space. It is well appointed and well decorated. Snacks and coffee are available most of the day and the breakfast we hardy and excellent. Staff is friendly and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

What a gem to explore this part of Newfoundland. We decided to book the Honeymoon Suite (why not after 40 years of marriage). It was spacious and sumptuous. I enjoyed the hot tub just outside. Breakfasts were very good and there were always lots of snacks in case you wanted to grab something to go. Great hosts with helpful suggestions.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I absolutely loved the property and location. The property is beautiful inside and outside. The decor is very relaxing and romantic, we were welcomed to discover the property, our room was lovely with an ocean view, there was quiet relaxing music playing downstairs, snacks and quick meals were available in the dining hall, and a wonderful breakfast was provided in a lovely dining room. The location is fantastic, safe and quiet with some beautiful views of the ocean. This is one of the more memorable stays. Thank you!

Belle Vie Manor

What a lovely place to stay. I was greeted by Marlena after a long day of work. This property is well maintained and situated right in front of the water. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. I did not have a chance to try their breakfast but they do have a snack stand available (with coffeee!!!) 24 hours. This Bed and Breakfast was a 6 minutes drive from Carbonear which was perfect for me. Thank you Marlena for a lovely stay!

Lovely character home B&B!!

What a gem! Lovely view to the water! Walkable to the courthouse restaurant and music venue. We were the only guests as we came during the winter months. We were upgraded to the room with a view and enjoyed sitting for tea in our window. Bed was very comfortable with lovely sheets and water was good and hot for the tub soak! So nice to have the cozy robe. There was a lovely main sitting room with books to read or games to play. The hot breakfast was served buffet style in a warmer so we could get it at our leisure, which was great. A lovely young couple who were very eager to make our stay as good as possible.
