"If you want a good nights sleep avoid this hotel. The room was on the lower ground floor. There was no lift so had to carry very heavy case downstairs. The water to the shower took along time to heat up. We could only use one plug socket as the other had part of a broken plug in it. The pillows were lumpy making them difficult to sleep on. "Rooms are a bit small (like most hotels near Paddington) but perfectly good for a single traveler. No extra space to work or eat. Old building & stair layout so be careful navigating halls."

"The location is fantastic. It’s a three-minute walk from Paddington station and everything is close by. The layout was extremely confusing, staircases were narrow, and there was no lift up to my room. I’m disabled, so having to haul my suitcases up and down the stairs was troublesome. It was comically awkward to stay with a friend because the bathroom is see-through and the sound is extremely loud. It was very very hot and the AC was locked, so we were sweltering the entire stay.
