"The terrace that was offered to the guests off of our room turned out to be a shared terrace and the seats and area were so dirty that it was impossible to enjoy. When I spoke to the manager his response was it was my responsibility to have said something to the cleaning staff whom I never even saw because we left so early to do tours of the city. How is the hotel cleaning their amenities my responsibility?"

"Zimmer sehr klein aber ausreichend zum Schlafen, gute Betten und Kopfkissen, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toiletten, das Waschbecken befindet sich innerhalb des Zimmers. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine inklusive Zutaten vorhanden. Soweit für 5 Tage London ok, sehr zentral. Man hört die Subway, aber später am Abend und Nachts war es ruhig, sodass man ruhig schlafen konnte. Schön wäre es, wenn sich irgendwo Handtuchhalter befinden würden, so mussten wir unsere Handtücher über die Dusche oder...
