"Amazing week at Sea Palace. We are definitely a Coral Bay family and St.J is really just a magical place. It's our 2nd visit and stay on Sea Grape Hill and its tough to beat. Really preferred this location from our previous as offered cooling breezes and an super view of Hurricane Hole. Special shout out to prop mgr Paul for being very responsive and to our new best buddy Sebastian."

"We absolutely loved this property. My wife and I stayed here for a week and found it to be a very relaxing place to unwind after long days on the trails or beach. We loved how well appointed it was with lots of thought put into what we might need for our stay. The beach chairs and other items were most appreciated! We utilized the outdoor deck nearly every morning while we ate breakfast and found ourselves back out there in the evenings. The homeowner reached out to ensure our stay was going well and was responsive when I had a question. I simply can't say enough good things about this property. We LOVED it! Thank you!"

"What an amazing experience!!! The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. It is on the opposite side of the island from Cruz Bay, so it is quiet and peaceful. Definitely need a car, but easy to get to the beaches (about 30 minutes). Calabash market is 5 minutes away and has all the basics you need, along with great fish and meat to grill. Our kids loved the pool after getting home from the beaches. Washer and dryer are in great shape, so you don’t need to pack as much. My wife and I relaxed with a cup of coffee on the porch each morning to watch the sunrise and ended each night listening to the surf. AC works great, and there is a great breeze that flows through the house.We will plan to book again next summer!!! Thanks so much for giving us a great home away from home on our vacation!"

"The house the roads to the house were very manageable (not a steep drive). The house was clean, had needed items, and had amazing views. Sitting on the deck was peaceful and hearing the ocean at night was a huge plus! Mosquitos in the house were annoying but two zappers were provided. The AC unit in the master started leaking water (annoying) by Dwight did what he could to get AC maintenance to the house. "

"This was the most beautiful place we have seen. The views, sunsets, and snorkeling were unrivaled on the island and the villa provided a comfortable home away from home with incredible charm and everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy our stay. "Overall this was such an amazing house and even though the location was a bit awry for me at times by the 3rd day the roads didnt bother me a bit. The house itself was beautiful and was so comfortable to come back to each day/night. I even once this week said that i could permanently live at this location because i loved the house so much. The private beach was a bit rocky but was paradise for us when needed. We will be back in the future for another beautiful stay "
