"At 12:20am someone knocked on our door while we were sleeping and said they gave us the wrong room so we had to change it. We checked in around 6:30pm but it took them about 6 hours to figure out that we were given a wrong room. I specifically asked where's the bathroom during the check in since I knew we were getting shared bathroom.
