As with the Kiwi Bach Culture you are required to clean the property prior to your departure ready for the next guest. If you do not wish to do this we can employ a cleaning company to do this for you, please just ask when booking and we can add this to your reservation.
Guests to provide own linen. Linen hire available please request costs at booking if required. Plenty of pillows, duvets and blankets are provided.

A cleaning service and/or linen hire can be added to your booking for $90 Cleaning, $5 Per Towel, $17 Per Bed Linen, $8 Per Bed Making, please just ask and we will arrange this and send you the charge.

Pet Policy:
We are happy to accommodate your furry friends but ask that no animals on beds or furniture and they sleep in their crates, and you cleanup any window marks and doggy doo prior to will avoid the chance of being charged an additional cleaning fee.

Checkin at 3pm and Checkout at 11am if you are cleaning the property yourself or 10am if you have paid for a cleaning service.
