First, I booked a room, which has no window, the AC is really noisy, and during that time, I have left the hotel for 2 nights, when I back, the room is checked out automatically which I still want to stay.
And they said to me that because we cannot find you so we check you out.
The room is dirty, the floor has a lot of rubbishes. Terrible stay.
