Being on the top floor paying for a premium service/room I would have expected comfort level of temperatures throughout the floor and elevator at any time of day. Hotter temperatures kind of ruin the experience if you sweat on the way down to the club lounge for breakfast right after taking a shower."

"Checked in Melia Chiang Mai, when we opened the door and entered the room, we could only describe it as "Wow"! The space is spacious and comfortable, and the interior is clean and tidy! The surrounding environment is also quite quiet, and there is a night market nearby, which is very convenient! We dined in the restaurant twice, once at noon and once during happy hour, and the service was very friendly! I believe we will come back to stay again!"
