"Not enough lifts for the size of the hotel. At busy time"

"Breakfast was terrible, you have to wait ages to be seated as the restaurant is not big enough to serve the hotel. Be careful which part of the hotel you stay in, some rooms on the road are incredibly noisy and you can hear the tube every 20 seconds. No sleep!"

"Lobby area was good and clean. Fairly busy at times. Downstairs bar was very busy, not enough staff to cater for the guests. Lift access was somewhat confusing and not explained properly to the guests, there should have been someone standing at the lift to explain how it works. Room was average and it was facing the back of the hotel, the air conditioning generator was outside and omitting a very loud sound all day and night. We had to ditch the fridge off too as that was making loud clicking sound too. If you want a peaceful night sleep then it’s not an ideal room. Beds and pillows were comfy. Bathroom very average and worn out. Location was at Marble Arch, 1 minute walk from Oxford street. Plenty of eateries and shops. Perfect location for shopping."

"Perfectly convenient location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. If you read up on the hotel, you will not be surprised by the smaller rooms and little amenities. There is so much to do and so close to the Underground train system. The Zedwell is the best value for the area. Highly recommended."

"The property was conveniently located and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and theaters. We were able to catch hop on off bus easily and able to grab a quick cab ride to a tour we booked through Viator at Kensington palace. Some of the cons of the Moxy not a lot of staff on hand. It’s self check in and check out. No elevator, using an escalator with luggage difficult. Although rooms clean double bed is a bunk and high using ladder to climb which can be difficult if older. The room also had a dangerous step down that I missed a tripped several times and the shower adjacent to the toilet was also a hazard and hit my head on several times. We were asked to move out of our room and had a half hour to do so due to some sort of a leak without warning or assistance or luggage cart. Although clean and conveniently located not sure I would go back."
