Ski get away in perfect place

The host Jim was excellent. He met us at his unit and had a fire going! The condo is beautiful and perfectly located to the lifts and village. I would highly recommend.

Perfect stay at Jiminy

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Walking distance to everything at Jiminy. We didn't use our car once during the stay. Jim is an amazing host. The place is renovated, spotless and cozy. Full kitchen to use. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Ski in Ski out

Absolute 10/10 experience. The photos don't do the rental justice. Perfectly appointed. The location was great! We parked our car and didn't use it at all. We could walk to everything. Jim the host was great. I would 100% recommend.

Perfect Stay at Jiminy

Super lovely stay at this condo located conveniently at the base of the mountain. The unit itself was extremely comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing! Location could not be any better for skiing! Jim is an amazing host and ensured everything was perfect. From the thoughtful snacks, beverages and toiletries, the condo is well stocked with everything you need. We really appreciated the wood burning fireplace, washer, dryer and keurig although we did use them this weekend - it is really nice to know they are available. We would definitely return to this unit. Thank you Jim for a wonderful stay. See you soon!

Best location at Jiminy!

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at Jim’s place. It’s hard to convey just how amazing the location is— above the rental shop, behind the lodge/main lifts, next to the ticket booth, and next to the bunny hill. Literally in the middle of everything and perfect if you have little kids. I think the walk to put skis on is less than a minute. The condo itself is very nice, clean, and updated. The king bed is super comfortable and the house is well stocked with everything you need. Jim even puts water, juice, and tons of snacks out which the kids love and we all end up munching on. The kids slept on the pull-out couch this year, but last year my husband wasn’t with us and the kids both fit comfortably in the bed with me. I think it may be a California king because it seems huge. Jim is a great host with good communication. We will stay here every time we come back to Jiminy. 5 stars!

Amazing in ALL ways!

My friends and I were looking for a close escape from Albany, NY. When we entered the condo we immediately felt a sense of ease and once the wood burning fire was started we were in heaven. The condo is in the perfect location within the JP Village. We were able to walk to the Country Store, Bars and Restaurants. What was PERFECT was the close proximity to the lifts; right out the door. We could ski on, ski off and take breaks without dealing with the crowds in the food halls. The condo itself is warm, welcoming and completely modernized. The wood burning stone fireplace was the highlight. Beautiful appointments throughout; the owner of this newly renovated space didn’t miss a detail. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Welcome snacks are plentiful, communication with the host is A+. The Host Jim made sure we were comfortable, safe and he even assisted with our first fire! We felt like family. The unit is airy and clean. We didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect getaway and we’ll definitely be staying again!

Close to home skiing

Jim's property was perfect. The condo was renovated and impeccable. We had a great stay and we were able to meet our son who lives in NH. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely love to come back to stay and ski at Jimney peak again.

Weekend getaway

Took my three kids skiing for the weekend last minute. Happened to be so lucky that Jim’s unit was available. He was a gentleman from start to finish. Super clean. Super nice. Super easy to get to the lift. Super easy to get to restaurants. Right smack in the middle of everything. Next time we go, this will be the spot for sure. Thx!!!

Awesome Location Newly Renovated

Rental was in a great location right off of the lift/village and beautifully renovated. Jim was very helpful throughout our stay and I would highly recommend this rental.

Great Stay

We love this condo. The location is excellent, right above the ski rental area. Jim, the owner, was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The loft was recently renovated and in great condition. Virtually everything was brand new and very well stocked. The kids especially loved the loft area and it gave us our separate spaces. Jim the owner did a really nice job redoing the unit. We couldn’t have been happier.
