"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and spoke English well. The cleaning staff was efficient and went above and beyond what we initially expected. The breakfast menu was limited, but still good. There is transit directly between the hotel and ICN airport. The hotel is in a good area with may local restaurants surrounding it, but also not far from the subway should one want to leave the area. "

"Hotel was perfectly situated and the size was quite comfortable. The suite came with a water filtration system and a carafe for the refrigerator which was helpful. It was an easy walk to both palaces that were nearby. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. "Location is the best part of this hotel easy access to line 1,2 and 8. Building is very outdated, carpets have many stains. Walls cleaness is questionable. Staff are very accommodating and professional. Wish the hotel would go through a major renovation soon especially leaky showers and stained carpets"
