"Family of four, stayed on the 9th floor. The room was extremely hot! The air conditioning had almost no air coming out of it and turned itself off every two hours - meaning that when we woke in the mornings it was boiling. We got to borrow two fans, but it was still so hot that all four of us hardly slept during our five night stay and both our children got sick while staying there. All of us woke up feeling hung over and with headaches. It was not a great experience."
