The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, always seeking to make a connection and help you out in any way they can. "Very nice hotel, clean and charming. Bathroom was large and modern with good water pressure. Staff was very nice. Location was incredible as it is on 3 subway lines, including Elizabeth which gives you a straight ride from Heathrow."
