"Terrible stink and staff were rude "

"Everything was wonderful "

"I have never stayed at a hotel that was so loud before. Doors slamming all night and people walking up and down the hall yelling. The walls were so thin we could hear the rooms on both sides of us anytime someone talked. We stayed on the club floor (upgrade since our room was sold out) and did not expect that kind of experience. While the property was clean and the staff were great, we couldn’t sleep and wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The moment we pulled up we were greeted with the the most friendly vallet attendant. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as we were not sure where to park the car at first but one phone call to the front desk aa she noticed us parked and assured us we were in the right spot. The check-in was easy. We were given our keycards and we went up to our room on the 7th floor. The rooms was very clean and spacious. I always like to look around the room before unpacking. I did have to request for some fresh sheets as one the beds sheets had stains. They brought them up within a few minutes later. As i was about to place the new ones on i noticed stains on those as well. I just gave up and slept ontop of the clean comforter. The shower/bathroom area was nice. The room itself was nice and bright with all the modern touches. We did not use the gym."

"The room smelled like cigarettes from time to time. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower had what looked like rusty from the overflow drain to the regular drain. The shower faucet was leaking. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The ceiling light in the main area was flickering. "

"Everything was adequate. Its a little dated and not super clean (meaning stained carpet) - but honestly we were at another hotel for a conference int he same city and the other hotel was worse (also a Marriott)."

"The kitchen was fully equipped. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. There was a lot of hair from poor guests still in the bathroom and on the bed. Also, the room keys kept getting demagnetized. Otherwise, it was a very good stay."

"The room was adjoining another room with a door between the two rooms. I could see the light from the neighboring room under the door and hear everything going on in that room, including a loud TV and loud conversations. In my bathroom, the baseboard molding behind the toilet was hanging off, laying on the floor. The hallway outside my door had trash items on the carpet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine, so not everything was bad, but I wouldn't stay here again. There was never an employee at the front desk. I had paid in full for the room in advance, but they still required a $100.00 "Deposit" which was refunded when I checked out...never had this happen before and I've travelled a lot."
