"Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core."
