"My Son and I booked the Ibis following a late nigjt flight- We were able to book in ahead of time, and obtaining our key card for the room was straightforward and swift. The room itself was clean, spacious and confortable. It comprised of two single beds, a desk, wardrobe and large bathroom. There was a desk and an aray of different ligjting, and a TV which was fixed to the wall. The room was modern, and had clean soft carpeting throughout (accept the bathroom) Toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioners and body wash were provided, along with fresh towels. The room was wheelchair accessible, and faciltaed additional disability aids such as telecom alarm units if needed. Tea and coffee, along with a kettle was provided. 12pm checkout was appreciated. Upon checkimg out, we crossed paths with two cleaners, who were friendly and pleasant. We didn't have food during ournvisit, however, the menu looked varied and nice, and the dinning area, as the room, looked clean and modern. I was not disturbed by noise during our stay at the Ibis, despite the hotel being located at Birmingham airport, and upon leaving the room, cleaningbstaff being busy at work (I had the best nigjt sleep, and the beds were comfortable). I will definitely return. "

"Our room was quieter this time as it was on the opposite side of the hotel. Room seemed nicer. However, the room was very hot as no temperature control facilities in this room. We ate in the restaurant - the lamb shank was amazing. Pool and sauna etc were quiet which was nice."

"Great for access to our convention, internet and food options can be a little iffy but it was extremely busy, the staff though were wonderful and helpful, it was easy to find and get around and being disabled they were so eager to make it more comfortable and manageable for me. "

"The hotel's fitness center was truly impressive, offering a wide array of modern equipment and ample space for workouts. The pool area was equally delightful, providing a refreshing escape with its crystal-clear water. I appreciated the comfortable lounge chairs and the availability of towels, enhancing the overall experience. Furthermore, the hotel staff maintained both areas impeccably, ensuring cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the gym and pool were major highlights of my stay. "

"We were able to check-in a little bit early upon arrival. I'd previously completed an online check-in so it was very quick. The room was in good working order and as described. We had breakfast included in our rate. It was nice; there was a good selection and it was well worth having as there aren't any other options on the door step. This hotel is located perfectly for the NEC, Brimingham International station and Birmingham airport so perfect for business or holiday stops, though the rooms are not sound proof so you hear traffic. There is a price to pay for parking, but this would be super convenient if staying for an NEC event were the carparks seem to be quite a way away. The rooms don't have a safe. No surprise as it isn't included in the room description, but there is apparently a safe at reception if needed. That might be the only consideration people might want if they're travelling with documents and tickets, but otherwise, this is a really great option & a good price in the scheme of things."

"My stay at this hotel so far: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars – A Charming Stay with Character A lovely olde worlde hotel that oozes charm and warmth, complemented by pleasant and attentive staff. The facilities are well-kept, and there are definite signs of a recent refurb, which adds a fresh touch while preserving its classic character. However, one can’t help but notice the very thin partition walls. Through them, one becomes intimately acquainted with the nocturnal habits of fellow guests—from robust ablutions to animated personal phone conversations. A group of women in a room quite a distance away could be heard cackling joyously well into the early hours, providing a sort of impromptu audio drama to lull one to sleep. Less entertaining was the gentleman holding court on his phone about a woman who, it seems, had flicked him off at the bar—she may well have been within earshot. Despite the unintended eavesdropping, this is a truly interesting and delightful place to stay. Full of character, quirks, and stories waiting to happen. It gets my five stars. 朗"
