"The location is good, right in the middle of the shopping hubs and event venues, and literally round the corner from the main station. Shame the same can’t be said for the lifts or the beds! There was one lift out of action, and the other was seriously slow and clunky. And the beds were hard and lumpy and not very comfortable. When it came to checkout, there was no-one on reception to check you out, so there was just a big pile of keycards thrown on the desk, and no option to leave your case in...

"If you're looking for a cheap and not-so-cheerful hotel this would be a good bet. There was nothing special about the place, other than perhaps it being a time warp back to when it was built. The room was adequate, the TV was internet capable, but not connected to the internet. The staff interacted with no more than a "Can I have your ID?", "Here's your key." and "There's your breakfast buffet". Breakfast was overpriced on Expedia, it would have been 50% cheaper if bought at the hotel."

"We always enjoy our visits to Bosworth House Hotel - lovely staff, wonderful extensive gardens and lots of places to relax. It really is one of my favourite hotels. The very pretty village centre is also just a short walk away. A perfect 'getaway'."
