"Our second stay and have booked our third. Very handy location opposite the savoy and near to national theatre. Very clean, tidy room and hotel, immaculate! Stylish rooms and hotel. Amazing breakfast. Loved the ease of the self check in process. Amazing cocktails in the bar from very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for making our stay for my mother’s 70th birthday a really enjoyable one!"

"A very enjoyable stay at this boutique hotel. A perfect location- close to the station and may notable places of interest. The facilities were great - with robes, toiletries, a mini fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. The breakfast was great and staff always helpful and friendly."

"Check in..total nightmare, absolutely no need to be entering ALL your personal details and home address again after booking online, this creates a huge queue and lots of frustration. Room needed a good hoover, lots of hairs including in the bed, food crumbs and dust. Sink smelt like sewage when the tap was running. Only decent thing about the stay was the air-conditioning, the silence and the 2 second check out. Not worth almost 200 quid a night...AT ALL."
