We were offered 2 rooms left to choose from (which weren't ready) but neither room was ensuite, so we refused. We were told by the person managing the property to wait, initially until around 6.30pm, which then became 8.30, when he could ask the people staying in the suite if they wanted to swap to a room without facilities!
