"I was looking for a place to take my 85 year old mother and 80 year old aunt to see a total eclipse. This place was perfect. Everything was accessible, no tub wall to step over, no stairs inside or out. Bench outside to sit and watch the water and sky. Relatively flat road to walk for some exercise. "Spotlessly clean, comfortable room for me, my spouse and 2 dogs. It was the most comfortable hotel mattress I’ve ever had! We could walk the dogs on the lawn right in front of our room, and enjoy the lovely view of the scenic St Lawrence river, even watching a ship sail by. The hotel manager was outstanding, very helpful and friendly!"

"This apartment rental was the perfect place to stay as far as location goes. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The deck and the view were awesome..right on the water. The host really put the effort into some quality upgrades like towels and bedding. Easy check in too! There are two flights of stairs to get to apt #3 but didnt bother us but might be difficult if you cant do stairs. Overall great place to stay if you ever go to Clayton. Hope to get back there next...

"What a great apartment to stay at! Whether your traveling with family or friends, this place has it all. Enough room to sleep everyone comfortably, plus a spacious kitchen and dining room. The bonus is the outdoor covered porch! We loved sitting out there on the swings and just enjoying the views of the Marina. The location is great, we walked downtown for dining and shopping. "I stayed at the Dygert House for a wedding In Clayton and was blown away by the space. The room was on the 3rd floor with sloped (but high) ceilings and a large, open kitchen. It would have been perfect for hosting drinks or enjoying a week away with a significant other/spouse. Everything was meticulous and the home itself was beautifully restored. "If you like a cabin with some quirky character, this one will suit you just fine! It feels like an old cabin that has been expanded a few times - a plywood floored entrance way that was added on holds outdoor activity equipment, a washer and dryer and the trash cans. It’s a good area for dusting off before entering the main cabin. The cabin has a nice sized kitchen with a table that will seat six, adequate prep area, and reasonably stocked. "We had a great stay at this house. The home had all we needed for our 6 day stay. Plenty of beds and chill space for everyone. The location and river access were great. It is a hike to get to the river but we were aware of that from the property details. We visited off season so we weren’t getting in the water but it would have been perfect water access if it were summer. Ed and Karina were attentive and responsive but we had no issues. We would certainly book again!! Thanks so much!!"
