"The hotel is a short walk from the Hammersmith Underground making it convenient to get to wherever you are going. There are parts of the hotel that are showing wear, however the staff clean daily and I found although some of the grout may need to be repaired, or the curtains could be replaced, the fact the staff thoroughly cleaned each room when requested is top notch in my book.
If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the trains if possible, as there is a track and trains do go by very frequently.
The breakfast was constantly being replenished, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, croissants, cereals and more. Again staff cleaned the area and kept the food full.
As far as front desk staff, they were outstanding! I regret not catching her name I think it was Haibib, was top notch and couldn’t have done more to make sure my stay was comfortable.
