"The Reefs was absolutely fabulous. The staff was amazing in every way and the owner stopped to speak with us several times. They provided a seamless experience with a private beach, sports equipment, afternoon tea and helpful, friendly staff. Even going to Hamilton was easy as the number 7 bus stops right across the street. It was a pleasure to stay and a hardship to leave. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!"

"Loved the all inclusive option. Great location and great private beach. Easy transportation from the resort to all areas of the island and easy taxi drive to and from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times of the day. We had a great first time on the island and hope to return again. "

"This hotel is just amazing. Loved the pool, the restaurant, the complementary ferry and shuttle to Coco Reef. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Great servers and pool staff. Our only issue was that we took the shuttle to Coco Reef late afternoon with a return time we were told of 4:10. The shuttle driver came at 4 and was annoyed and rude that we weren’t there…even though we told him that we were advised the return trip was 4:10!! Not a huge deal but so uncharacteristic of this wonderful hotel. "
