The house has 3 social-living areas, 2 offices and 4 spacious bedrms, including a 'penthouse' primary bedrm with hot tub. The rear yard includes a wood fire pit, a sandy beach and a 50 klm paved recreation trail. Bring your roller blades! A city owned bicycle rental station is available along the path. The location has easy access to great wine & dine and the surrounding GTA. Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara.
