"A beautiful hotel , ideal located nr the train station less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
All the staff, reception, housekeeping, restaurant and the heslth centre are amazing and a credit to the hotel.
My second stay at the Mill, defiantly stay again and I would without doubt recommend it to travellers to Chester"
"Our last visit before the hotel closes 😢.
We go once a year, normally around Christmas, but as it’s closing soon brought this forward.
Huge thank you to all the Grosvenor team who we have met many times over the years for their kindness and hospitality.
Chester is loosing not just a hotel but a genuinely unique landmark and much of that is down to the amazing staff.
I hope it will return but sadly I suspect it may never have the special/uniqueness it has had as the staff will all have moved on or even retired.

"Great location. Easy enough to park discounted at the Q park. Nice pool. Good breakfast selection. Easy to handle a dog inside. The cooling system wasn't great and I wouldn't want to be there in a heat wave but that's a rare and newish problem for the hotel to deal with."
