"Terrible service. We stayed as part of a large family group of 12 and no-one had a decent experience. Rooms were untouched for days at a time even after we repeatedly asked reception. Broken glass and room service trays left outside garden room for 4 days. Buffet was re-heated fries and burgers. Even the local produce tasted bland and thats hard to manage in Turkey. Id be disappointed if we had paid a quarter of the price. Just terrible."

"One of the best hotels in Cesme area with easy access to Alacati. The hotel is very clean with very useful amenities. The breakfast that is included is also very good! Beautiful beach and rooms. Perfect for a girls or couple holiday. Get the best of relaxing but also having fun!"

Misafir kitine ilk kez bir kese, makyaj pamuğu ,traş bıçağı ve küçük yüz havlusu koyan otel gördüm.Butik otellerde genel de olmuyor. Odalara ayrıca lindt çikolatası ikram olarak koyulmuş. Şampuan ve duş jelleri Atelier marka olması ayrıca bir özen. Misafirlerine değer veren bir otel.Gönül rahatlığı ile gelebilirsiniz."

"This is a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I informed them ahead of arriving of a food allergy, and they went out of their way to ensure I had breakfast options. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the bathroom good quality (with good water pressure!) The location was great - close enough to be an easy walk to all of the attractions of Alaçatı, but far enough away to be able to have a quiet night’s sleep. Would recommend! "
