Otele giriş yaptığımda odamda her şey normaldi; elektrik vardı ve ilk başta herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Ancak kısa bir süre sonra odamdaki elektrik tamamen kesildi. Elektrik geldiğinde ise çoktan gece olmuştu. Daha da hayal kırıklığı yaratan bir durum ise, diğer odalarda elektrik varken benim odamdaki sorunun çözülmemesiydi. Bu, müşteri memnuniyetine verilen önemin ne kadar düşük olduğunu açıkça gösteriyor. Bir otelden beklenen en temel hizmetlerden biri olan elektrik bile sağlanamıyorsa, bu oteli başkalarına tavsiye etmem çok zor. Otel yönetiminin, bu tür sorunlarla karşılaşan misafirlerine daha etkili ve hızlı çözümler sunması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
