"The owner never sent me the access code. There was no place to use an access code. The door was unlocked and we opened the door at midnight on our arrival. Climes three flights with baggage. When we say it was empty I called a hotel and stayed there. Vrbo DID give my money back for the hotel. How do scams like this happen?"

"My friend and I stayed here while we had a conference at the Rosen. It was in short walking distance. The condo was clean, spacious and decorated nicely. The property manager was responsive during the entire process. I would definitely stay here again!"
