"Everything went well, the place is super clean and in order. Communication with the manager was prompt and check in was a breeze, just read the email instructions before hand and you're good. The townhouse is three floors with the master up top."

"The stay was great. There was a slight smell of a chemical odor but not overwhelming. The bed was comfy with clean sheets and there were enough clean towels. Made friends with the local cat. Overall, its was a great stay!"

"We absolutely loved our stay and it was nice and close to the Winter Park restaurants (Park Ave), Rollins College; as well as, has a nice lake/park to go walking nearby. Quiet neighborhood and the outdoor pool/spa was a nice retreat after a busy day. "

"This review is actually for Gator Manor, as we upgraded prior to our stay. The property managers were so flexible in helping us do so, and were so gracious in providing accommodations for me and my family. We were able to host a small gathering for family during my wedding weekend, and got so many compliments on the property. It is truly a beautiful house and highly recommend to those who need to host larger family gatherings. "
