"Hotel is located at a convenient location right in the centre of the Red Brick warehouse area. Many eateries and easy to move around. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Room is spacious and nicely decorated like floral/ Victorian style, different from usual hotel plain colour theme (towels are peach in colour!). Bathroom is very spacious and comes with bathroom robes & slippers. Only 3-storey high but there’s elevator. "

"Our bedroom was so huge with tons of space. The bathroom is also spacious and very clean. It has an air conditioner and the room is very clean. The amenities are nice and they also provide amenities for the kids. They have a laundry washer and dryer in one for 600 yen. The breakfast have tons of options and very yummy where kids and adults can enjoy the food. This hotel is also near the shopping and eating area plus near the Hakodate airport. We will definitely come back and stay here again when we visit Hakodate! "
