There are two bathrooms, including ensuite, plus an additional WC for maximum convenience.

Additionally only a 20-minute drive from Mangawhai Heads beach and Surf Club, Mangawhai Cliff Walk.

Further afield, you're situated only 30-40 minutes from the shores of Langs Beach, Waipu Cove, and Te Arai, among many other beaches to explore. Positioned 20 and 30km from two world-class golf courses, Te Arai Links and Tara Iti are a haven for avid golfers.
