"This is an older property, but it is well maintained, very clean, and moderately priced. Beautiful oceanside location that is a short drive from Volcanoes National Park. Our only contact with staff was with the security person who took care of our late check in for our one night stay. He was very helpful and pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again. "

The host was very friendly and even took time to chat with us and share some great local recommendations. The bathroom didn’t have a vent, so it could get a bit musty after use, and we missed having a microwave and an iron. "My wife and I wanted to take a break from Oahu and booked Aaron’s Cottage for 2 nights. It was perfect being only a few miles from the airport, near Hilo town, nice beaches a short walk up the road. We booked cottage #5 and it was the best. Everything was clean and fresh! Definitely staying there the next time we come back. "
