Old Hawaiian B and B
3.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (198)
"My husband and I stayed there for four nights and we had the most wonderful time there. Every morning was a different type of fresh cut fruit, mostly grown in the property and home bake goods. It was delicious! The room was small but comfortable and was exactly what we were looking for. The property and location was great too. It was a 10 minutes walk to rainbow falls and 5 minutes drive to downtown Hilo. "

"We thoroughly appreciated this peaceful, private home away from home, which far exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, light-filled, had phenomenal ventilation, and was equipped with thoughtful amenities: refrigerator/freezer, hot plate, microwave oven, and coffee maker with all the fixings and snacks to boot. The kindness of the Hosts was so apparent in their lending to guests outstanding Hawaiiana reading material and maps, user-friendly cable TV, flashlight, ice chest, binoculars,...

Moana Pali House
3.0 star property

"If it were only for the spacious, beautifully appointed room with a balcony to watch the sunrise over the Pacific, we’d recommend staying here. If it were only for the incredible lanai featuring a hot tub and a relaxing pool, we’d say go for it. If it were only for Rick and Faith’s warm welcome, infinite resources for ways to spend your time on the island, and bountiful homemade breakfast each morning, we’d say come to enjoy their five star service. Put all that together, combined with a...
