"Hello good afternoon my stay there was awesome and the wonderful lady at front desk was so awesome I had lost my mom and she encouraged my heart so much Thank you until next time only sad thing was the kids did not get to enjoy the pool until the last day and it wasn't clean just smelled like a lot of bleach was poured in. Please please have it fix so we can enjoy ourselves Also please could you have turkey products every other day for those of us that don't eat pork Just would appreciate the love but I love the hotel"

"Perfect for large families. The kids had many options for games and activities downstairs. The grownups could have quiet time on the main level. Beautiful setting and great lake access. The only thing to consider is that the nearest real grocery stores are 20-25 minutes away. And make sure you realize you are on the private side of the lake if you rent a boat."

"This was our first visit to Lake Anna and we could not have been more pleased with the accommodations! The property was exactly as described and the communication with the host was very responsive. The house was well stocked and great for all ages. We especially loved the beach and the stair entry into the lake. This made it very easy to launch the kayaks and paddle boards. We will definitely be back!"

"The house was clean, everything you would need for family watersports was on site and well maintained .Beautiful property, great views, nice big fire pit, the dock house was clean and plenty of seating. A trampoline on the water for jumping is there too. The 2nd and 3 bedrooms are tight but the rest of the house is big with space for everyone. The hot tub was a huge hit as well. One of my familys best vacations."

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for large families and groups. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still having wonderful spaces to gather together. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the large dining areas were perfect for everyone to eat together.The lakefront setting was peaceful and beautiful. We loved spending time on the water using the kayaks, relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings, and taking advantage of the community pool, Pickle Ball Courts and Beach. The hosts were excellent—communication was prompt, check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. It's clear they have put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome and comfortable.Our family made memories that we'll cherish for years to come, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you're looking for a luxury Lake Anna vacation home with outstanding amenities and plenty of space for a large group, this property is hard to beat. Highly recommend!"

"Property was excellent. We loved everything about the beautiful outside. We didn’t ever get to use it, but I finally on the night before we left went out and sat in a couple of chairs just to relax for 10 mins. Absolutely spectacular. My only drawbacks were the master bedroom is sunken & my wife couldn’t sleep in that room because she uses a cane and worried that she would fall in the night. So she slept on the bottom bunk of the bunkbeds. While the sheer curtains were beautiful, they left no privacy. My wife had to undress in the dark or bathroom and she always felt uncomfortable with the exposure.All in all we loved the place!"
