"An amazing location on the Royal Mile right across the street from St. Giles Cathedral. Our room was not in the main building, but was down a Close, through a gate and up 2 flights of stairs. No elevator. The staff carried our bags up to and from the room, so no problem there. Very comfortable in all aspects. A washing/dryer combination machine was a big help, although cycle took over 4 hours. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was nice to have. Included breakfast choices were excellent as was the food. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful when needed. When we next visit Edinburgh, we will stay there again."

"Clean and modern hotel .polite and friendly staff. Arrived back late after concert coffee machine was getting cleaned staff apologised as it would take 10 min . gave us a token for free coffee for inconvenience. With in walking distance to Haymarket train station, tram and bus stops to take you into City center. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in sounding area. "

"All of the staff we interacted with could not have been more helpful, especially the receptionists. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed breakfast in the terrace in the morning and the bar in the evening! It’s perfectly located to explore Edinburgh and has loads of easy transport links nearby. Would definitely recommend. "
