"Overall the stay was great (Room was good and meals were good too) except for the payment part. Our family stayed for 3 nights and Hotels.com had charged us already for 1 night before the trip. So we should only pay for 2 nights at the hotel after our stay. But they charged us for 3 nights. The reception officer kept saying that we needed to pay for 3 nights. "I was very surprised that hotel room is such big almost 40sqm. The hotel room facilities and walls are very new and clean. Parking is located in Level 3 by using elevator. The staffs are very nice. My mobile phone charger is USB C type for iPhone, the hotel and staff provide me the power converter and USB charger. I am really appreciate for staff’s patience' service "
