"Good"

"Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend. We booked a two-night stay and checked in to find our room was 86°F with no functioning air conditioning. After contacting the front desk, we were told the hotel's chiller had been turned off and were offered a fan. Maintenance later confirmed that the AC had been intentionally shut off at the owner's direction and could not be turned back on. None of this was disclosed before we checked in and paid. The room was unbearably hot, the windows...

"Worth the value"

"Well, I have to say, We were looking for a hotel in Manhattan and the prices were too high and than we searched for a good hotel with an easy transport too Manhattan. And we found the Hyatt Place in Secaucus/Meadowlands.. It was perfect. The 320 Bus stops right behind the hotel (within 50 meters) and it takes you to the heart of The Garment District, Times Square, Madison Square Garden, The Empire State Building, Bryant Park and with a perfect connection with the subway trains (el metro)....

"Loved our hotel. Great customer service. Close to bus stop to NYC. Loved the room set up. Nice to have a place to relax after site seeing. Only issues were that the bar onsite is closed. Their websites need to be updated to indicate that. Also, the water pressure in the shower is awful. Other than those two things it was a great stay!!"

"Air condition was noisy."

"There was little to no amenities, a couple of vending machines. No plates cups or utensils supplied in the rooms. You had to request a cup for water? Bare bones facility. Staff was responsive...."

"This LaQuinta is convenient to NYC, and affordable with free parking, free breakfast (albeit not as good as once it was), midtown bus at the door. The property could use an upgrade bit is clean . Staff this trip was responsive and helpful."

"The guy at the front desk wasn’t nice. Never said good evening, thank you for choosing us or all the good things. It was an Indian guy"

"We had an amazing stay! Owner is really nice and replied immediately to all the questions we had. Apartment is amazing and could perfectly accommodate six people. "

"Not far from the stadium. Nice size room."

"There was free parking onsite, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was good."
