"Great service"

"We had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment we were picked up by the shuttle all the way to check out. The service was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a birthday in our group but didn’t let anyone know and yet they still surprised us with a slice of cake and a handwritten card. It was such a thoughtful gesture. I feel like the bathrooms could be a little cleaner, the corners and walls need a scrubbing. The hallways need some air conditioning and an air fresher since it was a bit stale. Overall the rooms were big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety! The pools were great too! The beach was alright. There was some trash in the water but that’s on the guests for not practicing “leave no trace”. Highly recommend the hotel! "

"Hotel staff could not do enough for us, loved the little touches to the smell of the hotel to the little gifts we received. Breakfast was amazing. "

"Breakfast is excellent! Anna at the breakfast restaurant really made our 5 days vacation a great one. She treated my family like family. Room cleaning can be improved. The backyard and private pool was not clean for all the 5 days we were there. However, I can overlook all that because of an excellent service in other areas. Thanks "

"What an amazing resort. I stayed in a bungalow and they were spacious and had a nice balcony to sit on. The beach has washed away but on low tide you can swim. The cocktails were not great, the bar tender was on his phone most of the time and not engaging with the customers. Breakfast was amazing, such variety and changed so much every day. The staff at front desk were helpful we had issues with the tv and bar fridge not working, they got fixed. I would definable stay again,"

"The hotel staff were wonderful. After realising our initial room had faults they upgraded us to the suite without charge. They made the effort to leave a small desert for my partner on their birthday and on our anniversary in the room. Overall I was very impressed "
