Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate, as if brand new, and the view of Ha Long Bay was jaw-dropping.

This place was pristine. Very close to the “boardwalk” and dining places. Modern, comfortable and had an amazing breakfast. Staff at the hotel were very friendly.

The hotel is located in a quieter and cleaner part of the district. You can walk to most attractions - beach or ropeway or restaurants. Lobby and rooftop are pretty, so are stairs. Nice restaurant part of the hotel. The front office staff were wonderful, always smiling and helpful - 7* for them. Lovely Sunrises can be seen from the pool deck of Halong Bay. Would surely return to the hotel.

Best hotel for stylist, modern rooms and services in Ha Long

It was an unforgettable experience! The room where we stayed was overlooking the vast bay and it was beautiful. The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. Truly a Five-Star experience for our family. Shout out to Ms. Kim (the cruise manager), Ms. Erin (server), and Mr. Tran (swim & kayaking), they took very good care of us!

Cat Ba View Hotel may not be the most modern or luxurious hotel, and it doesn't offer amenities like a pool or gym, but what it lacks in facilities, it more than makes up for in hospitality. This is a small, family-run hotel, and Nam, the owner, along with his family, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
