"The layout and room itself was fine, there is a kitchen and a balcony. Our biggest problem was noise. The walls are very thin, you can hear every step being taken by your neighbors next to you and especially above you. There’s a little beach across the bay where people party all night long and blast music, it really carries across the water. We couldn’t sleep during our stay. Also fair warning about the smell during low tide. I’m from Florida so I’m familiar with this, but for tourists looking...

"We stayed 4 nights at this property. It was clean and spacious; the balcony door needs a little force to open. Any issue that arose was handled swiftly and professionally. All staff were amazing, but Evan (the night counter clerk), Amy (house keeping manager), and James (waiter from Shor restaurant) are true gems. It was an amazing stay! "

"Staff was really not friendly. When we called for extra towels or coffee. Would be very convenient for guests on first floor if there was a key card to unlock sliding glass door. Both the main door and siding glass doors stick and were difficult to open and close. We enjoyed your resort and the many amenities. The cabanas and chairs on the beach, adult only pool, poolside bars, pickleball. Many recreational options. "
