It is a short walk to the beach and it has a large second story deck, although we used the deck very little because we spent most of our time at the beaches, biking or kayaking. "Spent 2 days here and thoroughly enjoyed it. So close to a non busy section of the beach where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Thankful to Joe for supplying beach chairs and all we could need to make it an enjoyable stay. The cottage was cozy and Joe didn’t scrimp on any part. We will return."

"The property is perfect! Came for 5 days with my mother and have absolutely no complaints. Location is close to everything, villa was clean and had everything you could think of. The free trolly is such a great service, definitely no rental car needed at this location. Mike was excellent to communicate with, quick responses and very helpful. Will definitely be back soon! "Great location and nice place to stay. The beach is across the street and not crowded. We had a wonderful time! The place was so cute and had everything we needed. Only complaint was the mattress was hard. We tend to like a softer mattress. Everything else was great!"

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago.
