Sunni Daze is a well-appointed beach retreat for family, friends or golfers. The second floor is dedicated to sleeping arrangements: a secluded master bedroom has a private balcony and a bathroom with a jetted tub and separate tile shower, a second bedroom houses a queen bed, while the bunk room has a full-over-full plus a trundle arrangement. The main level consists of a spacious family room, half-bath, and a high-end kitchen. Kiva's private beach is an easy walk or a free shuttle ride through this unique gated community. Enjoy inside dining overlooking the golf course at the Kiva Grill or delicious specials at the Kiva Beach Club, which offers beach service. Sunni Daze is a short walk to Osprey Circle Pool and tennis court. After a fun day swimming at the beach or pools, golfing, fishing or bike-riding, enjoy the shade on the expansive wrap-around porch surrounded by trees at exclusive wooded property!
