About Summer Breeze 

Summer Breeze, located in the prestigious Mustique Tower, offers the best views on the Gulf without the density of a typical condominium complex. Mustique is the westernmost high-rise in Gulf Shores’ west beach which means breathtaking, unobstructed views all around. Summer Breeze’s location also allows guests to enjoy the white sand beaches away from the crowds and noise. The Private beach boardwalk for the Mustique is just across the street and offers guests easy access. Guests can also enjoy on-site amenities such as a sparkling outdoor pool and hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and covered fishing pier.

At Summer Breeze the first thing guests will notice is the view! Watch the dolphins play over breakfast from the gulf side lagoon or enjoy a cup of coffee while watching boats pass on the lagoon side. Gorgeous new upgrades such as plush furniture promise the most luxurious vacation! The living area boasts the same panoramic views as the balcony, with wall-to-wall windows, as well as a large screen TV with satellite. The dining area offers plenty of seating for guests to enjoy a meal with the same unbeatable views. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and provides ample space to prepare a meal. Features include upgraded stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, a wine fridge, and a wet bar area with ice maker. 

With sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests, there is plenty of room for a multi-family vacation. The first master suite features a king bed, access to the gulf side balcony, and a large TV with satellite. The incredible master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub with a shuttered opening which gives gulf views from a bath! The master bathroom also offers an oversized walk-in shower and double vanity.

A second master suite is down the hall, offering a king bed, TV, access to the lagoon facing balcony, and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Bedroom 3 also offers access to the lagoon side deck. It features a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with walk in shower.  The 4th bedroom is perfect for the kids in the group, with a full bed as well as a set of bunk beds. This bedroom has its own TV as well as a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. 

Summer Breeze also has a half bathroom in the hall and a spacious laundry room that also features a convenient utility sink and computer desk area. Enjoy the gulf breezes and relax in luxury at Summer Breeze!

Rental Age Policy
 
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.

*If you booked your reservation before 3/28 there will be 1 parking pass left in your unit upon arrival.  If you need a 2nd parking pass you will need to contact Harris Vacation Rentals to purchase a 2nd one.
