Welcome to "West Beach Hangout" a stunning new 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house (Sleeps 11) combines comfort and luxury in a prime location. One block off Beach on West 1st Ave, Walk to local restaurants, shopping and local businesses.

- No Pets
- Private Gunite Pool with Sun Ledge (great for the little ones); Heated (Sept, Oct, March. April) / Chilled, additional fee apply. The pool has an electric heat pump pool heater which operates most efficiently when the no outside temperature is above 65°F. The heat pump is normally used to extend the season, weather conditions may not be ideal during winter months unless we have above normal temperatures for an extended period of time. If Guest would like the pool heated or chilled, an additional cost will apply and 48 hour notice prior to Guest's arrival.

- Rental Agreement: An email will be sent to Guest will receive a rental agreement with House and Pool Rules. We ask Guest to return signed rental agreement within 48 hours to complete reservation.

- Phone is located in kitchen for local calls and a direct button to SecureVision for customer service issues on WIFI and Internet.

West Beach Hangout is the ultimate retreat for relaxation. This spacious single-level home is elevated on pilings—perfect for privacy while being ideally located to enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Two sets of stairs (covered / uncovered) allow entrance / exit to the house.

At West Beach Hangout Beach House, we welcome guests of all ages to enjoy our beautiful space. However, to ensure a positive experience for everyone, we require that the person making the reservation be at least 25 years old and remain present throughout the stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, and we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Rental Agreement and ID verification to complete reservation.
Please note: If this policy is not followed, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately, without a refund.
