Lighthouse 1812 - Newly Remodeled Master Bath!!

Lighthouse 1812 has 2 bedrooms / 2 full baths plus a bunk room. This beautiful condo is direct gulf front with 3 large pools including one that is Zero entry which is great for the kids! One pool is also heated and indoors.

Penthouse views without the penthouse price from your private 18th floor balcony! The only noise you hear are the waves crashing while sitting on your balcony sipping a cool drink.

Both the living room and master bedroom feature floor to ceiling windows for amazing views of the gulf!

Why stop at a rental office to pick up keys that can be lost or hard to share with your family? Lighthouse 1812 is Keyless!!! Just show up at the condo with your secure code and start enjoying your vacation. Once in, you can set the code to any 3 or 4 digit code you want. It doesn't get any easier than that.

Enjoy your time while you’re in the condo by watching a streaming movie on the 55-inch smart TV. Also included is a sound bar to enhance your movie watching experience. The sound bar also allows you to listen to music from the playlist on your phone via Bluetooth.

Also included is free high speed wireless internet in every room and the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, including a crock pot, and blender. There is a standard coffee pot as well as a Keurig coffee maker, just bring your K cups. The breakfast bar has seating for four. The balcony also has seating for eight if you want to dine under the stars, listening to the sound of the ocean.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a pillow-top mattress and a flat screen TV, a large walk in closet, private large bath with his and hers sinks and a tub and separate large walk inshower. You also have private access to the balcony from your bedroom as well as great views from the floor to ceiling glass.

The second bedroom offers a King pillow-top mattress with flat screen TV. There is also a full bathroom attached.

The kids will love their separate bunk room that accommodates two twin size mattresses. We also have a pack and play on site for the little ones.

We also have an assortment of board games to play when you’re not out on the beach.

Lighthouse offers two beautiful outdoor pools (one with zero entry and water spouts), an indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, barbecue grills, fitness room, covered entrance/lobby, covered parking and much more!!!!

Up to 2 parking passes can be purchased on site for $50 each.

Loved the condo. The pillow top mattresses were so comfortable! Kitchen had every cooking item you would need. Games, books, Dish TV and a balcony view of the ocean. Beach chairs in laundry room. Couldn’t ask for more. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Parking was easy. Shops to walk to. I would definitely stay here again. Only complaint I would have would be that the hot tubs were always full so we didn’t get to take advantage of those.

Everything was fabulous from check in to check out! Gorgeous views from the 18th floor balcony. One day there were tons of dolphins feeding so we went down to the ocean and played for hours near the dolphins. Loved the setup in the home and the decor & convenience of parking & elevators & garbage shoot. Publix was a 5 min. Drive. We ate at some wonderful restaurants - just went by ratings online. Thank you Erik - we would love to come again!!!.

Our family of 3 have always stayed at The Lighthouse for the past 11 years. This is our first stay in this condo, and it was by far the best one we have rented! It’s updated with modern features and the remodeled bathroom was excellently designed and actually had light to see what you are doing! It not only met our expectations from previous years, this year exceeded our expectations! We will be booking this condo again next year if possible!

We’ve been making fairly regular (1-2x per year) trips to Gulf Shores for vacations and long holidays. This condo is my favorite that we’ve stayed at. The windows are gorgeous, the property is well maintained and updated. We were comfortable the entire time. We will be looking for this property any time we come back!

This was our fifth time staying in Gulf Shores, and Lighthouse 1812 is the best unit we've stayed in. Spacious, clean, and great decor. The views are incredible (love the floor to ceiling windows at the Lighthouse), the beach was not too crowded (we stayed in August), and it is within walking distance to Sea 'n' Suds. The kitchen is well-stocked too. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo had been beautifully renovated with a beachy yet modern feel that produced a calm and relaxing vibe for my son and me. The balcony provided unobstructed views of the Gulf and excellent bird watching. The beach was clean and gorgeous. There are many places to walk to for food and fun, though the condo was so nice we never left! Erik was very easy to work with.

Stayed for a week in this beautiful condo! It exceeded our expectations beyond measure. Erik was so easy to work with. Two king beds were a plus for the 2 couples staying together. The view is spectacular! Bring your binoculars because you can see for miles

Loved the apartment, the view is breathtaking, the facilities are modern and you won’t want for anything. The shower in the main bathroom was a great surprise and much appreciated feature. The building is very safe and the staff professional and helpful. The location is central to everything in the area, with many fantastic eateries and gift shops. The beach is the most beautiful I have ever experienced. We loved this vacation, and we love Alabama.

Renting this property was a Great decision for sure- Great view,comfortable/clean environment.The only reason for the 4stars is the Jacuzzi has a leak whereas I couldn't fully enjoy the experience since water wouldn't stay in the tub without assistance but even with that being said, we'd rent this property again for sure..Thanks for the good time!

We had a wonderful week, beautiful weather although very hot! We loved the condo and Erik was super helpful and quick to respond! The air conditioning needed a little TLC, only because it was so hot and it was working overtime. Erik got someone out there very fast and it was fixed in no time! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Lovely and clean condo with a wide balcony and great outdoor furniture, very roomy space and very comfortable with a nice kitchen and great cookware. The rental had an umbrella and 4 beach chairs and beach toys for the kids to use. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. We were thrilled with this rental and it’s amenities. Beautiful ocean views. No long waits at the elevators even over the holiday weekend. Beach attendants were great and pools were clean and nice. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again. Note: parking fess have gone up to $40 per vehicle and spaces are extremely small. There is outdoor parking which we used instead of the deck

The master bedroom is about a thousand times nicer than the second bedroom. It has a balcony, plenty of natural light, huge space and the much nicer bathroom. There is a tiny third bedroom that has a bunk bed that was really cute and perfect for kids. The rest of the place was clean, had most of the amenities (starter packs of toilet tissue and paper towel) and no excessive checkout rules/instructions! The gym is tiny, the two pools are pretty nice, the sauna was a great little perk and there is direct access to the beach. The fridge didn’t have a water filter which I texted the owner about and he said he had ordered a replacement. It didn’t come while we stayed so we didn’t have any potable water (the sink water tasted off so we avoided it). Other than that, the place was great for us and perfect for our friends who won a game of rock/paper/scissors and got to stay in the amazing master bedroom.

We have vacationed in Gulf Shores several times, and stayed in a Lighthouse property twice. We had an excellent experience with Lighthouse overall both times - the location to restaurants and activities is good, the proximity to the beach/showers/chair rentals is perfect, the pools are a nice size and depth, and the overall cleanliness and appearance are good. So, then it is just a matter of finding the perfect unit. We did that this time! The unit was very clean and nicely updated. The couches and the beds are very comfortable. I like that the decor was not cluttered, overwhelming cliche beach stuff, or extra pieces of furniture that just take up space. The balcony and balcony furniture were perfect - we spent a lot of time in the early morning and evenings sitting out enjoying the view. The kitchen was very well stocked with several things we don't normally see - good size pots, crock pot, keurig, etc. It is so nice to have a full size washer and dryer. Communication with the owner was timely and clear. We will definitely come back for our next visit to Gulf Shores.

Have been coming to Gulf Shores with our family of five for over 10 years and this was our third stay in the lighthouse condo's. The furniture and kitchen amenities were the nicest we have had at this site. We especially enjoyed the nice furniture on the balcony to enjoy the beach in the mornings. The master bed was a little soft for our liking and the water pressure is low (typical for this property). We did have one other thing not related to the condo that was aggravating which was on the beach, the commercial chair/umbrella people completely hoarded all of the beachfront locations, so you couldn't bring your own chair and umbrella and get a nice seat along the beachfront. Otherwise you had to pay the $40 per day to rent their chairs or get up at 5am to beat them to the site. The beachfront between lighthouse and sea-n-suds was always open, so we just hiked the extra 100 yards down that way to get an open spot. I will probably look at renting a condo in one of those buildings in the future to have a shorter walk to an open beach area. Wonderful property and experience otherwise.
