Lighthouse 1003 1 Bedroom 2 bath plus bonus 10th floor amazing view

Lighthouse 1003 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf-front condo on the 10th floor. Boasting spectacular views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The primary suite features a King bed, balcony access with an en suite bath including jacuzzi tub, double vanities with white quartz counter-tops and walk-in shower. There is a small bonus room that houses twin bunk beds. The hall bath features a standalone shower. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with white quartz counter-tops and washer and dryer. Sleeps 6. 25 year age limit to rent.

Lighthouse Condominiums is the ultimate vacation spot being in walking distance to shops and restaurants in the heart of Gulf Shores. Lighthouse has 635-foot of private beach, hot tubs, two private gulf-front pools, indoor pool and gulf-view fitness room with sauna. One of the two huge pools is zero entry with four waterspouts. The property is located just one mile east of Highway 59 with 251 units and 18 floors, three parking decks, bbq grills and four elevators.

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Lighthouse Condominiums. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Our first vacation as a family

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was perfect and just the right size for our family. We had an amazing time. Our condo was very spacious and had all the things we needed. The view was amazing and we spent a lot of nights on the balcony watching the people look for sand crabs. Thank you so much for making our first family vacation one we will remember for a long time.

Clean, beautiful view and easy access w/little ones, too!

Had our two kids with us & had easy access to the pools which were really clean and the beach, too. Great beach with good vibes. Not party-central and family-oriented as we were hoping! Very clean room & bathrooms, etc. definitely bring extra toilet paper and a couple extra bath towels (just barely enough but was nice they were still available!)

This year under the kitchen sink leaked, the oven and the stove did not work. When you turned the oven and stove on at the same time neither worked, the 2 outlets in the corner next to the frig did not work and the dryer sounded like it had a bowling ball on the drum when you turned it on. Not sure how youCan rent these units out with so many issues. Each year it’s the same thing. Please try and make sure these units are ready to be rented. Thanks
