Perched on the 17th floor at The Lighthouse Resort, you’ll enjoy sweeping Gulf views at this 2BR/2BA (plus bunk room) condo. Walk a few steps from your rental to spend sun-kissed days on the white sand beach. Epic resort amenities include Gulfside pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center.

Highlights of your single-level condo include festive beach decor, plush furnishings, and a large balcony with breathtaking water views.

This building will be undergoing Hurricane Sally repairs through April 2022; construction noise may be heard during your stay.

The light-filled living area is furnished with a leather sofa bed and love seat. Watch favorite shows on the 42” TV.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets you’ll need to create festive vacation meals with your group. Granite countertops provide an elegant look and ample space to prepare fresh ingredients.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms, a bunk room, and a queen sofa bed in the living area.

Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the primary bedroom. You’ll also enjoy direct access to the balcony and a 42” TV. The en-suite bathroom boasts a spacious double vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and can be accessed via the hallway.

The snug bonus bunk room has a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed and a flat-screen TV.

Sip morning coffee and watch Gulf waves roll onto the beach from your private 17th-floor balcony. A dining table for three is perfect for breezy alfresco meals.

Seems that everything that was wrong with this unit previously was addressed and couldn’t have asked for a better room. Awesome all around

This unit was laid out and decorated nicely. Location is great for Hangout. The view from the 17th floor is amazing and we spent a lot of time on the porch. Kitchen was furnished well with everything we needed to cook. Parking, check in, etc. was easy and pool and beach access was great. This unit is not conducive to 6 adults or really more than 3-4 people in general. The bunk bed room is very literally a converted closet. The size of this room cannot be understated - it’s claustrophobic. The unit was fully lacking any form of linens. The bunks had comforters but the other bedrooms had a thick sheet as their ‘blanket’. There are no extra bed blankets, throw blankets, shower towels, or dish towels (only 1). We did a LOT of laundry and had to buy our own blankets at Walmart to lounge comfortably. They also only provide a ‘starter’ pack of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc so we had to go buy all of that as well. The Wi-Fi is also incredibly spotty. Streaming anything on the tv buffers every 5 minutes and phones / laptops only connect in certain parts of the house. This unit definitely needs some love before being rented out again… recommend asking about the above before booking!

The unit was dirty when we arrived. There was jackhammering and construction going on next to us the whole week. The internet kicked us off every hour or so and the property as a whole was extremely dirty. Will not rent this unit again and don’t recommend you do either!!!

WE LOVED GULF SHORES IT WAS MY FIRST TIME ACTUALLY, WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!! MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE YOU COULND'NT SMOKE ON THE BALCONY. THE UNIT WAS NICE AND VERY WELL STOCKED KITCHEN THAT WAS NICE!!!

This place was lovely. Plenty of room for 6 people. There is a sofa sleeper - but do NOT count it as a place to sleep. It felt basically like a box spring. Maybe one person could sleep on the couch folded up. But I would rent this place again. The 17th floor was actually wonderful for seeing sea gulls flying by in the morning.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Lighthouse Condos. The pics on the site don’t do it justice! The condo is clean, bright, plenty spacious and the views are gorgeous! The location was perfect! The condo was very clean, had perfect views, and everything we needed for a great week on the beach! Parking is not ideal, as the spots in the ramp are very tight, even for smaller vehicles. My only complaint is when I advised the company that the air conditioning wasn’t working but told them it was NOT an issue for us, as it was forecasted to be cooler for the remainder of our stay, I was asked if I would be okay with someone entering the unit to fix the issue. I told them I would rather not have anyone there while we were gone, so imagine our surprise when we returned to find the door to the condo OPEN and no one in sight. The HVAC tech came by not long after and told us he had been inside while we were out, so this was not an issue of us accidentally leaving the door open when we left. If you give your renters an option, especially after they tell you it’s not an issue for them, it’s a good idea to respect their wishes. Thank goodness none of our personal items were missing, but this may cause us to choose another company for our future visits. We had a wonderful time in this unit. TurnKey was very easy to work with, and they responded with any question quickly. The unit was very nice. I did have to report that the thermostat didn`t seem to be working. Hopefully, that was taken care of after we left. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The unit was clean. There could probably be some deeper cleaning around the outside edges of the shower. The furniture was nice. The view was fantastic. I would stay here again. I received an email saying that the cancellation policy had been updated due to COVID-19 and my vacation could be re-scheduled for a later date. I called and stayed on hold for 8 hours one day and 6 hours the next day. I sent emails and texts but never received a response. We obviously did not take our vacation and I still have not received a response from Turnkey or anyone else. I have contacted American Express to dispute charges considering the situation. Great location. Kids had fun will do it again!! Place was clean and nice. Only issue was the dryer. When we could get it to run it was to loud for drying anything. I`ll start by following the questions provided to me. The condo looked just like it was presented. The view of the water and beach was fantastic. I spent a lot of time on the balcony watching pelicans, kite flying, people walking and enjoying communicating with one another. Layout was excellent. kitchen was well stocked, plenty of dishes, glasses cooking utinsels . The high table in the dining area was a good idea. It was super that we could leave it small or large. the condo was clean and well maintained. Certainly easy to keep up. Customer service was very good. questions answered and quickly taken care of. I certainly would recommend the Lighthouse and our unit. There was no lack of activities, restaurants and attractions. I was a great place to be.
