Very cute condo

The condo was very cute and spacious. This condos pool was on the side so sitting on the balcony and just hearing the ocean was perfect! There was no long walk to the Beach it was just a few steps outside the gate. Great amenities from the gym, sauna to the game room. If you are looking for a quieter end of Gulf shores to stay but I’m walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants this is a lovely place to stay.

Great spot!

304 is a great spot. No complaints here. It’s only one level up from the second level parking deck and located right by the elevators. The condo has a lot of nice updates. My only suggestion for this property is to get a broom for guests to use. It’s missing and only a dust pan is there. I couldn’t get the vacuum to work right either. Then, the beds really need updated… they’re not very comfortable and the one in the front room is loud. When I would move around I was worried that I was going to wake the neighbors. Just something to think about. We were very happy with our trip.

Great location, terrible experience

Our check-in time was 4:00pm, we arrived at 5:30pm and they were still cleaning. They stated they didn’t know we were coming. They never mopped, and my 1 year old was black within 1 hour from crawling on the floors. Upon arrival, We had to immediately find a vacuum to clean rugs etc. vacuum smelled like burnt rubber and did not do well, no broom in the condo either. The cleaning people said they would bring clean bed sheets back to us, we never got them. So we had no sheets for 2 of our beds the first night. The mattresses were “crunchy” and not good quality. The shower floor in master bath was black and dingy. The door code that was sent to us, did not work. The next day, the sink was stopped up, we had to wait for someone to fix it, and he showed up during dinner time, while we were trying to cook. The couch has stains all over it. Tv remote did not work. Both bathroom doors did not lock. The condo in general was very dirty. Was told several times the property manager would contact us and they never did. There was a hole in the ceiling, 12”x12” Take your money and stay somewhere else. We will not be renting through Vacasa, ever again.

Room 304

The Condo was clean. The master bathroom smelled like urine but cleaned the bathroom again and it was fine. The drawers in the master are all very hard to pull out and then you better hold them or they fall out. The washer and dryer has what are supposed to be sliding doors but they don't slide very well and make a super loud noise. The elevator that is close to the ice box on the ground level usually wouldn't go to the ground floor so we had to try to get the other elevator. We really had a wonderful time my only MAJOR COMPLAINT IS THE BALCONY DOES NOT HAVE A LOCK AT ALL ON IT. This is more of a safety issue especially if you have small children that can open the sliding glass door. They have a screen on it as well but it also does not lock. Over all we had a wonderful time:)

This was a nice condo. It is beach front and the views were amazing! We had a problem with the lock not working but when I notified the management company they sent their locksmith out the next morning and fixed the problem.

Nice

We loved the condo and how roomy it was, but we did have a problem getting into our room the code would not work so after talking to 2 different people and 40 mins after check in we were finally able to get inside. They sent someone out first thing the next morning to replace the code box but after they left you couldn’t lock the condo from the outside only from the inside. There is also a good size hole cut in the ceiling in the hall that needs to repaired. But other than those few small problems everything was great.
